Glitch: The to-do list is still finicky. Today I tried adding new to-do's. I would click save but then nothing would get added. Some days I open the app and my to-do list is there. Other times it is not.

Yes! This is a big area for us we're working through, I'm so sorry yours is experiencing this. Mine phone is personally too, and it's very frustrating! So I completely understand. Everyday it's different! 1.3 will have major improvements here!
